Second day at Redang was the BIG DAY for us as we were heading for snorkeling the whole day. After all, we came to Redang to explore its rich marine life and beautiful corals foundation!

Spot the corals down!
It was awesome to be swamped by loads of fishes around you-despite the hefty boat ride fees we were being charged-they all came in all sorts of colours that you couldn’t even imagine about it. Red, blue, yellow, orange, you name it! It’s like so fake to see all sorts of colourful fishes, as though they were being coloured by colouring droplets.
I’m not so a ‘marine’ guy in my life, never been intrigued by fishes, albeit some colourful one, but this trip down to the sea really amazed me. I regretted for not spending the extra money to get myself an underwater camera, I couldn’t make them into permanent memories, but just plain, photographic memories.

That's me snorkeling!
The corals underneath were awesome as well! They came in big and small, fat and thin and their sizes really tell their age. Some may be even older than my great grandfather and still kicking strong (at the sea bed la!
)
But seriously it’s saddening to see these corals dying at such a fast rate, it’s estimated that within 10 years, all the corals here will be wiped out, and we will have nothing to see except sand, plain sand.

That's her snorkeling!
I was lucky to spot a few turtles too! Heck, they may look like slowpoke, but their swimming ain’t slow at all! It took me quite some time to catch a sight on them and god, they really gigantic.
We stopped by Laguna Beach to have our lunch and sight seeing as well. The shores used to have lots of baby sharks lurking around with people feeding them. Be rest assured, that as of date, they were harmless to people. But due to the influx of foreigners to the island, the locals speculate that they actually caught all these sharks for their daily meals, and hence? We have no more baby sharks here! God damn those uneducated foreigners!

More more!
This was the place where Redang was shot to fame by numerous international artistes throught the film Summer Holiday. It look awesome! Ain’t it?

I particulary like to photograph from this tiny bridge.

Signing off the day full of anticipation & satisfaction by leaving a foot mark.
