King of POP

King of POP

This is overdue.

A news broke off on Thursday evening on celebrity site TMZ.com ran riot across continents, spreading itself like a never-ending wildfire, and shocked people worldwide. It’s the news of the death of the King of POP, Michael Jackson whom himself was a music genius, albeit surrounded by scandals and rumours.

I wasn’t much of a fan of MJ. I never hear his songs. Didn’t know that Moonwalk was inspired by him. Forgive me for my shallow knowledge. And all I ever known about MJ was his stunning transformation from a Black to White, and his fondness for children.

Frankly, he hasn’t hold much of an important position in my heart. Yet, this post is a tribute to the King of POP, who had inspired people of his generation, whom himself left a great legacy behind for the people. He is a legend indeed, though not in living now, but his existence will be conveyed through his chart-topping musics.
And as I’m listening to his ‘You are not alone’, I truly believe that his spirit and enthusiasms continues to flow through his musics. Perhaps forever.

Rest in peace.
