Success doesn’t come easy, in fact it has never come easy.

There is no certain equation in determining success, mathematically speaking. But what I’m fairly certain what makes up the elements/cores of being successful are sheer determination, hard effort. It requires a lot of satisfaction, personal gratification being set aside, and waiting for the right opportunity to strike the big lottery. I have never believed in easy success, as such, you will never get to appreciate the things around you, the legacy you have left.

The way I have been brought up has been always the same, ‘there’s no easy route for success’.

Mum and dad have always been someone that I look up to whenever I am down with obstacles that exert resistance in my search of life direction. Tertiary education was a luxury they couldn’t afford during their time, whereby most of Malaysians still lived in poverty. They strive, and struggled, in order to gain a foothold in the society. This further strengthens my belief that success doesn’t come easy.

Success doesn’t have a specific definition. In fact, everyone living have their own rights to interpret success. Some see themselves living a meager life as a success, some command high position and respect as their success, some believe in changing the society as a success. Success comes in different definition, but at the end of the day, it’s about gratification, satisfaction that stems right from your heart that makes yourself simply feel…..successful?

It doesn’t come easy, for what you have to be dedicated and committed in every choice that you make to bring you closer to the success.

I’ve been craving for success, and now I’m being presented 2 routes for me to choose to get to the success I’ve been craving for. It’s difficult and it will always be. Life is all about making the choices that deemed best to you at the right moment and life happily with it. Perhaps, it’s time for me to rise like a man and make the correct choice.
