Avril Lavigne is just way too sexy!
Screening through the newspaper, at a time, I was stunted at one small tiny, and really tiny section depicting a horror news. There was no pictures included, no up skirts, no bikinis, no naked babe, just tons and tons of boring and unattractive words. What attracts me was the tittle- Avril Lavigne concert canceled due to persistent protest from PAS youth. I was stunted! Saliva dripped from my lips and the eyes were popped out for one moment!
What the F**k?! They canceled it just because the were some public outcry? And that does not even representing the mindsets of Malaysia youth! What the heck is the government doing? A few words from the opposition managed to make them cancel a show that could put our country on world map! Don’t them realise out there there are still people who think that Malaysia is on par with Zimbabwe? Kenya? They ruined it without any proper consideration. And why don’t the government release those Hindraf leaders that imprisoned under the ISA act even though there were so many protests before this?
Owh yeah, found out that the reason for this cancellation is due to some ‘glitch’ in communication between the organiser and the ministry. This makes my day! What a good joke when the minister said that he didn’t know any promotion about this concert when almost every single day Maxis send me promotional messages about Avril Lavigne. Owh~Sorry, government officers use Celcom. In line with Malaysia Boleh spirit mah! Btw, I can’t blame him for not spotting any advertisement running in the paper, he is too old and slow to spot it.
So, let’s move the blame to the other place. Yea, the ‘BAS’ youth wing! They deemed Avril Lavigne is simply too sexy and too tempting for the teens in Malaysia to resist! Well, let the readers determine which is sexy and which is not.
Okay, she wore a skirt, didn’t wear her ‘tudung’, didn’t cover her neck, didn’t cover her arm, a lil tummy came out. Now all that deserved a ban, don’t she? Maybe they (BAS) forgotten that Malaysia songbird Siti Nurhaliza did so too. (Ok, at least she didn’t wear skirt) But then this is such a modern country nowadays but their radical Islamic struggle has gone a lil too much. The world has changed, and so do the mindset too.
Avril Lavigne, I will miss you…

about this thing, i remember what my father said d other day.why don’t PAS compete with avril’s concert by doing another useful one or anything rather than cancelled it?

They always do things in VAIN. So not a surprise to see them cancel it for nothing.
Luckily it’s up!
