We had great lecturers for the class this year, for both semesters, with one exception of course. :p

Anyhow, it has became our tradition to cherish the last class with the blow of a cake, well, yet another to end the semester gracefully?

The inappropriate thing was that we sang birthday songs for the lecturers instead, guess we just ran out of songs to be dedicated to them!

I have two more lecturers but we weren’t that close so we didn’t really do anything for them. (damn stereotype you peopleee!)

And oh, a rare glance into my ‘mischievous’ college life.

And so the three of us climbed through obstacles and high stairwell to reach the rooftop for some shooting, the girls ditched us tho.

It’s a waste no one actually realised this place’s existence! The view was plain breathtaking to be able to see the whole Sunway City literally being laid out in front of your eyes.

Will miss his jokes, bullshits, and tons of stupid things he had done. And so, together the whole unit planned a farewell dinner before he leaves for good, and being a Korean himself, he brought us to a Korean restaurant at Sunway Pyramid, The Street Cafe there.

My first time trying out Korean food, and to my surprise, it actually tasted great! He ordered for me the beef korean mixed rice, which somehow the sweetness blended well with the meat.

A few side dishes as well, this is the Korean style pancake. The simplicity of it brought out the taste of the flour. Nice!

We went to WongKok at Sunway Pyramid during lunch break on Friday, the day after my 18th.

Oh, the sole purpose? For the gigantic Milk Tea la!

It was freaking huge, enough to fill all of our stomach. And look how Soon Soon craved for the big drink!

I have never wanted to be own photographer on my very own birthday, so there came Yew Wei! Btw, he took more pictures of himself than mine! pfft…

Oh well, they promised to kiss me too!

Being 18, I delivered a toast on that day itself. The saying goes something like this…

“as we gathered together to witness my 18th birthday, I’d like to personally thank each and everyone of you all who somehow fused into my life and made it colourful for me and etc…“

And we shared the big drink together!

Tagged along with some classmates to the Big Fat Bird Cafe, Damansara Intan co-owned by Chia Syn sister. It was a designer studio initially, slowly somehow a few of them reinvented the whole thing and there comes the Studio and the Cafe! Cool!

The shop design is simple yet brings out the creativity in it.

And a total of 6 of us vrooooooooooom to the place -despite never had a clue where it was- thanks to Soon’s car!

Seriously the menu itself is cool! They have this big board where you choose everything from it!

The place itself is awesome. Ambience, lighting, atmosphere. In no time we started our camwhoring.

The food that everyone should go for will be the sandwiches. It’s delicious but comes with a quite hefty price tag though.

My Chocolate Cake of the day!

My friends and I made our way to a nearby cafe in the wee hour in the morning, right after our late night movie, Night At The Museum 2. It was about 2am, and yet, the traffic of KL never stops the rocking music of clubs/discos can be heard clearly. It made me high, felt like going in clubbing instantly, but I was in my shorts and slippers. *sigh*

Nevertheless, the crowd around Sunway area never dies down. Time for bed and yet the locals were flooding nearby mamak. A sea of Reds can be seen clearly, cheering at every corner. Gosh, it was the night, the glorious night, the UEFA Champions League Final where the fight between two of the most feared football team on Earth, battle for the holy grail of football world, the Champions League Tittle.

It was raining at that time, once I sat right on the chair. Bad day indeed, Was forced to wait under a shade for at least 30minutes before the match commenced. Looking for seats around cafe was a huge task indeed, people were cramping up everywhere, and more so we were late for the match. The match was a one-flow game. Barcelona clearly dominated the whole match. The crowd were silenced by the first goal, and even worse after the second goal. The clock slowly approaching 90minutes, and I can see people holding hands together, hoping some sorts of miracles. But it never comes, people were leaving in lines, and judging from their disappointing looks, they ain’t happy at all.

There was a small fight broke up right beside where we were seating. Indians VS Indians. As expected la. Hardcore fans, taunting against each other. There was this Indian guy who wore Man Utd Jersey with a ‘LOSER‘ word on it. And ran like a mad cow around the cafe. Bad decision indeed as at least 90% of the crowd supporting Man Utd. I guess he was drunk, rational man wouldn’t do this, or maybe, he wasn’t even a rational man. Confrontation occurred, I’m not sure if blows were exchanged.

Me: Are you guys watching the football match?

They: Perhaps the fight over there will be much more interesting. 

But a big fight never materialises.

Dosed off at 5am with a bad headache on the morning. 

Thanks to the ‘attentive’ San San, the whole class only knew about the ongoing promotion at Shogun, Japanese Buffet Restaurant that offers 50% for lunch buffer, which mounts up to RM 25 per person including tax! Tagging along with the classmates, we enjoyed a great day full of delicious cuisine and delicacy, in which you couldn’t get at anywhere around with this cheap price tag. Too bad I was barred from taking foodie pictures, I couldn’t share with you guys the fresh oysters I had, the succulent tuna sashimi, and of course loads and loads of Sushi!

 I never enjoyed Japanese Buffet this much, for one I damn hate eating sushi, and it’s exceptionally expensive. But heck, this time was so different that I almost impressed myself! The 25 bucks forked out definitely worth every penny.

We actually planned to stay there for whole damn 3 hours trying to fill up our stomach as much as possible. But yet, the food there was simply too much, way too much for us and we gave up after a few attempts. We simply couldn’t take it anymore!

The first thing that caught my attention was the fresh oysters lying harmlessly on the chunk of ice, bearing their perfectly naked smoothie body and somehow sounded like ‘come for me babe!’. It was so friggin damn tempting and I couldn’t resist the chance to lick their body. I squeezed the lemon juice slowly on them, instanly the sound of sea waves paving in kept playing at my ears. I took one of them and began to suck ‘em, bit by bit. Perfect.

They were totally into it...

We were absolutely two different person before and after eating loads and loads of food. Seriously. Believe me. Pictures speak thousand words.
